I know, it's Thursday and I'm supposed to have a recipe today but instead I have a video. You may have seen this on AOL's Aimzone, that's where I first saw it, but in case you haven't I wanted to share it with you.
I'm a huge Keith Urban fan. HUGE!! There aren't enough descriptive words in the English language for me to be able to describe just how big a fan of his I am. So when I saw a headline that said, "Keith Urban object of Taylor Swift prank" I had to see what it was about.
Taylor Swift, who's the opening act for Keith's current tour, and her band dressed up in Kiss costumes - complete with make-up - and walked onstage while Keith was singing "Kiss A Girl." The moment that he sees them coming on stage he turns to look and only slightly falters - he keeps singing but it's must softer. It is hysterical so I had to share it. Enjoy!!
Have a great day!!
Peace and Love,
Alannah

Hey Alannah, I had seen this headline on yahoo. It was really funny. He is such a great sport too. Do you watch Great American Country (GAC)? He was on this weekend as part of the Summer of superstars series. They did an On the Road segment with him. If you have the country music station, you should check it out.
I feel like I haven't spoken to you in forever. Have a great day. Happy reading and writing.
Peace and love,
Paula R.
Hey Paula!!! I do have GAC but I missed the special with him!!! WAAAHHHH!!!!
Since I've been writing "full-time" I haven't taken the time to do searches on him like I did before. I never watch TV so I don't see commercials or previews of shows featuring him. There was a time that I would have known when every TV Show, every special, every 10 second blurb would air!! LOL
I'm not an obsessed fan, like it sounds, but I'm a very grateful fan. And I try to show my gratitude by supporting him however possible.
Believe it or not, one of his songs, "One Chord Song" which was a hidden track at the end of the Golden Roads CD is hugely responsible for me finally taking the leap and trying my hand at writing.
I heard the song about the same time that I lost a good friend (she was 36 and I was 39). That song, along with some of the things he said in interviews, along with losing Paige all combined to send me to the keyboard.
And speaking of...guess I better get to work. LOL Tuesdays and Thursday are no-internet days for me and my writing buddies, Cara Carnes and Luanna Nau.
I'm allowed to check e-mail in the morning, at lunch (if I have my word count for the day met) and then again in the evening.
Have a fantastic day and thanks for stopping by - and I will check the schedule to see if they re-air Keith's special!
I am glad you had the chance to talk to me for a bit. Do what you need to do. No internet days are good; I should probably create a schedule like that for myself. I will check out that album. Happy writing. I need some partners like yours, that will whip me into shape. I really need to get a routine down. See you in the jungle.
Peace and love,
Paula R.
I love Keith Urban too! I've seen him around town a couple of times. Good luck with your word count for the day and thanks for sharing this video.
