What I'm Reading...

ROTFLMA.....

I'm reading LAST CALL...over, and over, and over! In fact, it's so bad, the cat has started to take offense, and take matters into her own hands (please ignore the messy house, and my messy hair. Who has time to clean when I'm busy editing?) LOL

Anyway, I've been editing, and I haven't read anything. I saw on Facebook that Silver is in about the same shape as me, editing wise. But Liza, on the other hand, has been reeading up a storm and raided B&N on Tuesday.

What's good that I absolutely must read once I've gotten this story submitted?

We're off to Charleston for a wedding this weekend. I will be working, but that's okay. That's why I have a laptop. And, I can sit by the pool while I'm doing it, and it won't seem quite so much like work.

Have a great weekend!!!!

Peace and love,
Alannah

I'm reading Dead, Undead, or Somewhere in Between by JA Saare. It is actually the first book I've ever purchased for my phone(love the Kindle app). It has great characters and is very good so far.

Hope you have a wonderful weekend at the wedding and you get to relax some too.

LOL your kitty looks peeved! Maybe it's a sign that the page she's on is perfect??? Bruno likes to walk across the keys of my laptop. It's amazing what that can do to the screen appearance at times, hehe.

Have a fabulous time this weekend. I hope you take time to enjoy the festivities.

Liza - is it difficult to read on your phone? I've worried that the type would be too small and that I'd get frustrated. Glad you're enjoying the book!

Thanks for sharing that blog, Lu. Peek-a-boo is too fat to hoist herself over on her back like that. She also doesn't do cute and adorable well either. She's more of an in-your-face-demanding-attention kind of cat. If her food doesn't show up on time, she's been known to bite ankles. LOL

Off to pack...kidlet is getting anxious to go (the inlaws left at 7:30 this morning so they're probably close to being there) and it's making him crazy.

He has his father's AIMS disease - Afraid I'll Miss Something - so he's feeling very left out and past ready to go.

I have no trouble reading from the Kindle App on my iPhone. It's nice so I don't have to drag the Kindle with me when I run errands and the two sync nicely when I open one or the other. I have so many books stacked up--paper and e that I don't know where to start. I have a couple of paranormals, Leslie's COLD SIGHT, and...and...I think there's a steampunk...and...Don't ask what's actually on the shelf. I hyperventilate jut looking at all the books stacked there!

Have a safe trip and enjoy!

I don't have any trouble reading on my phone either. The type is the same size as a regular book. Just swipe across the screen to turn the page.

I don't have an iPhone because we don't have AT&T service out where I live, but I've considered getting an iPod touch which has a screen about the same size. My big hold-back has been the screen size, because I was afraid it would be too small.

Thanks for letting me know how it works for you guys. I'l have to check into it - hmmmm....I have a birthday coming up. God, what a double-edged sword that is!! LOL Presents, yay!! Another year older....ummm...not so much. LOL but as hubby says, "It beats the alternative."
