What I'm Reading...

Nothing! :( I have a HUGE stack of books that I want/need to be reading, and I just can't find the time. Between edits on LAST CALL, finishing up the last few chapters of my mystery, and taking 3 online courses in January - yes, I've lost my mind! - I can barely find the time to sleep. Let alone read.

So...what about you? What are you reading? What other books do I NEED to add to my TBR pile? LOL

Have a great weekend!!!

Peace and love,
Alannah

Gah, where is the time to read?!? Between finishing my historical, running around with College Boy, going to swim meets, doing research on Victorian England (so glad I'm a modern gal), I barely have time to think. Oh, wait, I'm not doing much of that lately either LOL! Thank god my desk calendar is there to tell me what day of the week it is.

I have tried to read a few light mysteries lately, just to give my brain a rest. The writing bugged me and pulled me out of the story. Sometimes I wish I didn't know "the rules".

That's exactly where I am! I have the first 3 or 4 books in the Darkhunter series and I just can't find the time to get started. By the time I crawl into bed I'm exhausted so reading there is out. I've gotten to where I'm taking printed pages everywhere I go, so I can edit...even if stopped at a red light! That's bad!!! LOL

Maybe I should've had "Read a book" listed in my monthly goals. LOL

This week I'm reading nothing.

First three days...I worked on new story WIP. Last two days I've spent worrying/dealing with starting the year as the new President for my local RWA chapter.

Tomorrow is the big day. First Board Meeting and First General Meeting. So can't concentrate on anything.

Beth, I just realized there was a comment from you!

How did the meeting go? Is that for Heart of Carolinas? I swear, one of these times, I'm actually going to get there!

Best of luck to you! I just finished up my second term as treasurer for RWA Online, and boy...I can't tell you the relief I feel having that behind me!

Thank you for serving your local chapter! It's a big undertaking, but someone needs to do it and I'm sure the members appreciate your willingness to do it!!
