I can't tell you what a struggle I've had, trying to decide what I should do about my blog. With all of things going on in my personal life, it had gotten to the point where it was very difficult to keep up with my writing, my blog, my RWA chapters, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
Something had to give and I decided to start with my blog. And not just my blog, but all of the blogs that I visited on a daily basis.
I have missed everyone so much, and I've continued to struggle against the idea of not continuing to update my blog on a daily basis, but at this point I feel like I need to let it go idle.
The most important this is my writing, and that's where I need to put my focus. If we're not already friends on facebook, please send me a friend request so we can stay in touch there.
And if I get any big, exciting news, I'll definitely drop by and share it here!
But for now, I'll leave you with a few good fellas. Feel free to drop by and hang out with them anytime you need a little company!!

I figured that was the reason there were no updates here. You are not the first person I know who had to cut back somewhere, and chose the daily blog. I'm not worried - I know where to find you, hehe.

LOL Marianne - I CAN'T give up facebook!!! No way, no how!! You just don't know how addicted I am to it, and to all of you guys there. I do feel like I'm leaving a part of my family behind by not posting my blog anymore, but I seriously don't think I could give up Facebook!!

I know you have a FB page but I don't ever see updates from you, and I can't get back in the Twitter groove so I miss you there. :( Although I am trying to remember to start Tweetdeck more often...which means I'm managing to get it open about once a week. LOL
I'll miss your blog, but will continue to keep up with you on facebook. Plus, I want to read more books by you, so I'm good with you putting your focus on your writing. :)

Hey Janet - I think a lot of us struggle with it. We feel like we need to have a blog/web presence. And in my case, I love all the people that comment here, it would totally make my day to read ya'lls comments. But the stress of trying to keep up was outdoing the joy I received, so I decided I needed to give up - at least for now.

Writing is where your focus needs to be. Blogging is a distant second. So, I say you're priorities are in the right place.
